Hi I’m Lisa,

I’m a light-hearted, fun loving yogi in my 50’s and have been practicing yoga since I was 30 and teaching since 2013

I’m blessed to have my own gorgeous North Warwickshire studios The Yoga Shack, Whitacre B46 and Atherstone as well as offering online zoom classes and a varied library of recordings

I teach everything from stretching & meditation

to headstand and everything in between!
